INTRODUCING THE 3-PIECE DIAMOND CORE BIT SYSTEM FOR CONCRETE DRILLING

This unique system is widely used in Japan and Europe, the 3-piece

core bit system is an alternative to the costly single bit.  

  
Unlike the traditional bits that require a re-tip when worn, with

with this system, customers only need to replace the core bit

(crown) once worn, and continue to use the barrels and couplings

for up to two years. 

These core bits can be replace at the job sites without re-tipping

which means major time and cost saving for the customers.

QUALITY CONSTRUCTION 

TWIN PEAK SEGMENTS: allow for faster cutting time due to less resistance.  

WIDER SEGMENTS: protect the barrel from excessive wearing during the coring process. 

EXTENDABLE BARRELS: extend up to 5 metres for deeper drilling.

HIGH GRADE DIAMOND CONTENT: only the finest synthetic diamond mesh from GE and De Beers is used.

LOW CARBON STEEL: 0.3-0.4% carbon provides high tensile strength and lighter weight.

UNIQUE BONDING FORMULA: Prevent fracturing of segment.
